Day 1
Arrival
On arrival at the airport, you will be picked up by your driver-guide and transfer to Lake Mburo national park using Masaka road. This is the nearest national park from Kampala the capital city of Uganda. The journey is wonderful as you pass through lush greenery, steep landscapes, rugged hills and a mass of serene countryside.
Have a stopover at the Uganda equator in Kayabwe, where you will have a chance to buy some souvenirs and also take some photos. On the arrival, you have an option of a nature walk around the park depending on your arrival time.
Day 2
Game drive
Embark on the morning game drive in the park after breakfast where you will encounter different wildlife and among other animals spotted here in the tracks are zebras, elands, waterbucks, buffaloes, leopards, hyenas and Topis.
The game drive takes about 2-3 hours and in the afternoon,embarks on a boat cruise along Lake Mburo where you will spot hippos and crocodiles. You even have an option of sport fishing.
Day 3
Return back to kampala
ake a bush walk safari around the park if time allows after your relaxed breakfast where you will spot different wildlife. Check out of the lodge and transfers to Kampala with another stopover at the equator.
The journey takes about 4 hours’ drive on the tarmac road. You will be dropped at the airport or hotel depending on your flight program.
